Production Supervisor - safety and training (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Ashton Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
