Production Supervisor - safety and training (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
