Production Supervisor - safety and training (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
