Production Supervisor - safety and training (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
