Production Supervisor - safety and training (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Fox Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
