Production Supervisor - safety and training (Baltimore, MD)

Summit Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
