Production Supervisor - safety and training (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Field Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
