Production Supervisor - safety and training (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
