Production Supervisor - safety and training (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Pine Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
