Production Supervisor - safety and training (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Sable Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
