Production Supervisor - safety and training (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
