Production Supervisor - safety and training (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Timber Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
