Production Supervisor - safety and training (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
