Production Supervisor - safety and training (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
