Production Supervisor - line performance (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
