Production Supervisor - line performance (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
