Production Supervisor - line performance (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Loom Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
