Production Supervisor - line performance (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 917 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
