Production Supervisor - line performance (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tampa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
