Production Supervisor - line performance (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Lantern Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 333 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
