Production Supervisor - line performance (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Kestrel Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
