Production Supervisor - line performance (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Lantern Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
