Production Supervisor - line performance (Spokane, WA)

Summit Sable Manufacturing is a Spokane manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
