Production Supervisor - line performance (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Lantern Auto Group is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
