Production Supervisor - line performance (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
