Production Supervisor - line performance (Spokane, WA)

Nova Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
