Production Supervisor - line performance (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Juniper Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 566 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
