Production Supervisor - line performance (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Bright Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
