Production Supervisor - line performance (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
