Production Supervisor - line performance (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Union Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
