Production Supervisor - line performance (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
