Production Supervisor - line performance (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
