Production Supervisor - line performance (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
