Production Supervisor - line performance (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Meadow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
