Production Supervisor - line performance (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
