Production Supervisor - line performance (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Amber Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 733 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
