Production Supervisor - line performance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Maple Auto Group is a Salt Lake City company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
