Production Supervisor - line performance (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
