Production Supervisor - line performance (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
