Production Supervisor - line performance (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Associates and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
