Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
