Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Foxglove Willow Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 532 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
