Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
