Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
