Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Foxglove Clear Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Sacramento, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
