Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Mill Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
