Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
