Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Vista Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
