Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
