Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Foods is a Dallas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
